Use:

The Drum Sieves are suitable for separating large impurities from raw materials.It has high efficiency in Pre-cleaning paddy,corn,soybean,wheat,sorghum and other types of grains. 

The formation of Drum Sieve:

motor,transmission shaft,screen drum,baffle,feeding pipe,cleaning brush,access door.

Influential factor: 

1.Flow/runoff 

Control the average runoff of the grain,if the runoff is too large,the grain will do not go through the sieve and left in the impurities. 

It will reduce the output if the runoff is too small.

2.the mesh size

There are 3 kinds of mesh sizes,choose the best one due to the raw material.As big mesh size has large output;small mesh size will couse small output,also easy leave the grain in impurities. 

Generally mesh size:cleaning section:13~20mm;

                                       Checking section:10~15mm

3.the speed of screen drum 

Choose the best suitable speed,or that would cut down the output no matter the speed is too fast or slow. 

4.Cleaning the screen cover

Change the brush when it doesn’t reach the screen drum.
